Flat Burr Express

Privacy & Inquiry Data

Privacy and inquiry data.

What is collected

When you submit an event inquiry, Flat Burr Express records only what you type into that form: your name, the contact details you provide, the type of event, and whatever details you choose to add about date, location, size and notes.

The site does not run advertising trackers and does not build a marketing profile from your visit.

How it is used

Inquiry details are used for one purpose: to respond to your request and, if you book, to run your event. They are not sold, rented or shared with third parties for marketing.

You are not added to any mailing list by submitting an inquiry.

Who can see it

Submitted inquiries are stored privately and are readable only by authorized Flat Burr Express staff. They are never shown on the public site, never included in the public pop-up schedule, and are not exposed to other visitors.

Private events booked through Express are also kept off the public schedule.

How long it is kept

Inquiries are retained while they are active and for a reasonable period afterwards for scheduling and record-keeping. You can ask for your inquiry to be deleted at any time and it will be removed from Express records.

Changes

If this notice changes in a way that affects what is collected or how it is used, the updated version will be published on this page before the change takes effect.
