Terms of service.

These terms apply when you use the Flat Burr Express website, request an event booking, sign in to a client account, or view a quote or booking link we send you. By using the site you agree to them.

Submitting a booking request does not reserve a date. Prices shown on the site and in request summaries are estimates. Your booking is confirmed only after you accept a written quote, sign the event agreement and pay the required deposit.

Each event is governed by its quote and signed agreement, which set the final price, deposit, balance due dates, cancellation terms and any event-specific conditions. If those documents differ from this page, the signed agreement controls.

Card payments are processed securely by our payment provider. We do not store full card numbers.

You can sign in with an email link or Google. Bookings appear in your account when they were made with the same verified email address. Keep access to your email and Google account secure, since anyone with access to them can sign in to your account.

Quote and booking links we email you are private. Please don't share them; we can revoke and reissue a link at any time.

Please don't submit false requests, attempt to access other people's bookings, or interfere with the site's operation. We may decline requests or close accounts that misuse the site.

Cart previews, renderings and stylist suggestions on the site are illustrations to help you plan. Final décor, colors and setup may vary with venue, season and availability.

The site is provided as is. To the extent allowed by law, Flat Burr Express is not liable for indirect losses arising from use of the site. Responsibilities for your event itself are set out in its signed agreement.

We may update these terms. The current version is always published on this page, and changes do not alter agreements you have already signed.
